Our new hybrid IT landscape includes traditional IBM AS400 business platform which involves new technologies such as IBM Cloud Services.   These modules include distribution, warranty claims, Integrated CRM, Integrated contact tracing, full cataloging features, and investment relationship software to track investments in real time.  Full conversion capabilities from any platform are available with full integration done by IBM Global Service. 

In addition, ARC will be launching VMH (Virtual Mental Health) Platform in early 2023, which will provide free mental health services with qualified practitioners to people in need world wide.  ARC has teamed up with 4 Universities and 2 financial institutions to bring this application to life in conjunction with IBM Watson Texas and IBM Global Solutions.
